Good evening everyone,

I'm struggling a lot at the momment with my mental health, if you didn't see Mind over Marathon last night on BBC One, it may be worth watching to see what I and many others go through.

Hey Mark - sorry to hear you're not feeling the ticket. I have no idea what you have gone through PTSD wise but I really do enjoy your updates. Hope youre feeling better very soon. PS - any news on the new kitten hunt? x

Hi Mark, I have a lithium TWS too. Brilliant machine. Do you get puffy ankles after a long day in the saddle? I did a 5 hour ride in Brittany last autumn and got very swollen ankles. Never had it before.
I agree - the scooter is great for watching the countryside. Helps with the depression. Sorry to hear you're down with it. Sounds like you need a proper holiday away from the project. Change of scenery. The Cherbourg peninsula is easy to get to, got loads of lovely coastline, roads are quiet, and there are (sadly) plenty of Allied memorials to see. Locals are friendly and food is great. Best of luck.

I love my TWS! 27k so far and thats the official recorded mileage. I've not noticed any swelling of my ankles, then again I'm up and down photographing the memorials and thats normally a six to seven hour day at the most.

I think a holiday would be nice but afraid it won't happen :'(
