5th April 2017

Good evening everyone,

It's been another couple of hard days but other than South Wales Police HQ's memorial which I'm waiting for permission to photograph Bridgend and the surrounding area is about done. I'm still waiting on phone calls to be returned on three churches which need to be checked but these can be done as I go backwards and forwards.

I had a bad couple of hours this morning, travelling the lanes to wick listening to the birds I end crying for no reason, I have no idea why but can only guess it's the depression or PTSD.

I head back to the flat tomorrow, there should be a lot of paperwork for me to complete I'm hoping, apparently I've been on the wrong bit of the War Pension since 2011 and not getting all the money I should have, I also have to get the PTSD diagnosis on the books as it were, I'm not very good with paperwork so hopefully Neil Berryman will give me a hand with it.

One bit that did bring a smile to my face was seeing a lamb being born, took me back to my teenage years in Gladestry

I also hope that it will be a quiet weekend at the flat...
