18th February 2017

Afternoon everyone,

Myself and Missy spent the night in the garage to try and get some peace and quiet, we didn't get much, at around five this morning people stated hammering on the door of the upstairs flat, ended up calling 999 as it sounded like they were trying to force the door!

It finally quietened down at around eight. The council are trying to sort the problem out but they have legal procedures to follow, moving would be awkward as my flat is adapted and I need a garage for the scooter and trailer, this combination is few and far between.

I'm afraid I haven't been very well this last week, I was in a very bad place last weekend and needed to see the doctor Monday morning as a matter of urgency. I was given new tablets to try, these were to help with the depression, ease the pain I live with and help my nerves with the trouble I am putting up with upstairs.

My body didn't like them to say the least! Sickness, the "unmentionable" and dizziness, it felt like I was drunk! I stopped them on Wednesday when Neil Berryman came down to see me I managed to eat a proper meal for the first time last night. I also had a psychiatric assessment on Thursday, should be starting some counseling shortly and I'm back in the doctors Wednesday because of stopping the tablet.

Tonight I am off out for a curry with family and friends, should be a good evening.

It was great to see you in Swansea yesterday after bumping into you in Mull some years ago. You are an amazing guy and we wish you all the very best.

Hope your feeling better soon. You have had some stuff to deal with recently and I hope that the counseling helps with getting you back on the road to better days. Big man hug to you from a Cardiff lad living in Lancashire. x PS, give Missy a tickle behind the ears for me :-)
