5th December 2016

Good afternoon everyone,

Well it was a cold, overcast day in Portishead and a short trip as I got chilled looking for a memorial that doesn't exist yet! I was told of a memorial near the fire station and for the life of me I couldn't find it, it turns out Portishead doesn't have a main memorial in the town but they want to erect one out at Battery Point.

I forgot yesterday that I had found two rather interesting graves, the first was Sir Richard DE PERCEVAL, Lord of Stawell, he was King Richard the Lionharts Commander on the Crusades and Victor Halliwell who died whilst attempting a water speed record on Windemere.

I start my run for home tomorrow and I feel a bit apprehenshive about it after the crap I went through last year with a neighbour that thought it was fun to play loud music from 0300hrs! Another occaision when I was ready the batter someone who annoyed me, the problem if I do its the end of the fund raising and the documenting...

We shall see what its like or even if I have a new considerate neighbour.
